Grant is a problem solver, innovator and strategic thinker that has experience in some of the most complex supply chains in the world. He earned his degree in Supply Chain Management from Auburn University. He also enjoys spending time with friends and family, traveling and playing golf.

Randy Puryear is an investor, business owner and entrepreneur. Randy is the co-founder of Iron City Equity where he oversees Investor Relations, Business Strategy, and Asset Management. Randy has owned commercial real estate for 20+ years.

Randy has been a lifelong entrepreneur where he successfully built and sold a welding supply company over 35 years with his father, brother and sister. He has 40 years of leadership experience successfully building and growing companies. Randy loves spending time with his family, playing golf and sitting on the beach.

Founder
Gino Barbaro is an investor, business owner, author and entrepreneur. As an entrepreneur, he has grown his real estate portfolio to over 1500 multifamily units and is teaching others how to do the same. Gino is the co-founder of Jake & Gino, a multifamily real estate education company that offers coaching and training in real estate founded upon their proprietary framework of Buy Right, Manage Right & Finance Right. He is the best-selling author of three books, Wheelbarrow Profits, The Honey Bee and Family, Food and the Friars. Gino graduated from IPEC (Institute for Professional Excellence in Coaching) where he earned his designation as a Certified Professional Coach. He currently resides in St. Augustine, Florida with his beautiful wife Julia and their six children.

Jake Stenziano, MBA is the best-selling author of two books, Wheelbarrow Profits and The Honey Bee. Jake is also the founder of Rand Property Management and co-founder of Rand Capital and Rand Partners. Rand Property Management is the first property management company with a focus on “modern affordability” and vertical integration. As a creator of the multifamily investing framework, Wheelbarrow Profits, Jake is a leading expert on investing in and management of the multifamily space and currently owns over 1500 multifamily units. He currently resides in Knoxville, TN with his beautiful wife Whitney and their two children
Collin schwartz
Collin Schwartz – Co-Founder and Director of Operations for Park Ave Capital. He directs the day-to-day operations of investments. Collin brings over four years of experience with investing in multifamily housing.
Concurrently, Mr. Schwartz is an investor and owner of Bricktown Management, a property management company located in Omaha, Nebraska. Mr. Schwartz has over $110 million in real estate assets and 1,400 units throughout the Midwest. He brings to the company over 50 real estate transactions.
He is also the creator of the largest real estate meet-up in Nebraska. He is the father to three children, with his wife, Emily. Mr. Schwartz is a graduate from Bellevue University with his MBA in finance.
Vince gethings
Vincent has over 7 years of multifamily investing experience; he currently owns and operates 20 units in his personal portfolio, an additional 52 units in JV, and 48 units as a GP. He specializes in market research, due-diligence, strategic planning, project oversight and execution. He recently held the position of Resource Advisor for the U.S Air Force where he drafted and managed the operational funds and projects for a $1.4B enterprise. He also holds a green belt LEAN Six Sigma Process Improvement. Lastly, Vince lives out my passion for education as a real estate investment coach at the Wheelbarrow Profits Academy founded by Jake Stenziano and Gino Barbaro who have over 1,500 units.
